Communication Skills

The following short courses are designed to develop your competence and confidence to use a variety of communications skills in the workplace.

Verbal & Written Communication:
Learn to communicate clearly and concisely through various written formats, such as emails and reports, as well as through verbal interactions like presentations and meetings. 

Active Listening:
Develop the ability to listen actively, understand different perspectives, and provide constructive feedback to peers and colleagues. 

Digital Communication:
The appropriate use of various digital platforms to achieve specific communication objectives, including internal communication and engaging with external stakeholders. 

Professional Relationships:
Develop the skills to build and maintain strong professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders by understanding their needs and communicating effectively. 

Meeting Participation & Presentations:
Gain confidence in participating in meetings, taking accurate minutes, and delivering impactful presentations to convey information and ideas. 

Stakeholder Engagement:
Understanding how to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders, such as customers, clients, and suppliers, to meet business goals.
